The proposed project located in Central Hirafu, in the Abuta district of Kutchan town, will be an important part of Metropoly's development strategy in Niseko. The mixed-use development seeks to create an environment that complements Hirafu's unique character and atmosphere. The collection of appropriately scaled buildings organized around a vibrant pedestrian street will have residential units, a collection of lifestyle and retail brands as well as a large variety of food and beverage outlets. Public spaces, laneways, terraces all branching off the main pedestrian street will be designed to cater for events and gatherings in winter and summer.

Vehicular transfer from New Chitose Airport in Sapporo is a short two hour journey with breath-taking views of Mount Yotei and Lake Shikotsu along the way. Once completed, owners, visitors and guests will have direct vehicular access off Route 343 and will be able to utilize the substantial amount of parking spaces underground.
